1.准备的食材。

2.酸菜洗干净挤干水份,腊肠切片。

3.爆香蒜末,炒酸菜。

4.将酸菜炒干水分,盛起来备用。

5.热油爆香腊肠。

6.倒入酸菜翻炒,加入适量盐、蚝油、酱油调味。

7.调味后炒一分钟,最后加葱末增香,拌匀即可。
